HCTR NYC strives to ship all orders promptly and as estimated at checkout. However, we do not guarantee delivery timelines once an order is in transit.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached. Pre-orders and made-to-order items are eligible for store credit only.
