Yes! Complimentary shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $15.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Where do you ship from?

All items ship from New York.

Do you charge sales tax?

New York customers will see applicable local taxes added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, we'll make it right. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once received and inspected.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Return shipping is complimentary for eligible returns.

How do I start a return?

• Email info@hctrnyc.com with your order number and photos of the item (front & back).
• Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
• Place your item inside your package.
• Securely affix the return label and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
  

Do you accept all returns?

Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of hctrnyc.com. Items that do not meet our return criteria — worn, washed, or missing tags — will be denied and sent back to the customer.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Where will my refund be credited?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
